Poetry

Synonyms for Living
is a collection “designed to give poets a space to reflect on the challenges they have overcome as survivors of abuse (domestic, sexual, or otherwise), and offers a chance to feel seen and heard…” and I’m fortunate to have my poem Hidden included! All proceeds from sales of this anthology benefit a DV charity in England.

Fiction

Penumbric Speculative Fiction Mag
Speed trap, is a short speculative piece I wrote, inspired by a roadtrip with my daughter through small towns to camp. The musings of my mind while I sat around a fire spilled forth into my travel journal as this piece. Check back for publication release information.

Bards and Sages Quarterly
Volume XIII, Issue IIII
My story The Controller was published in the October 2021 issue of Bards and Sages Quarterly, a speculative fiction journal.

In this story, I explore the idea of time – how it moves differently in different situations, but with a twist.  It’s also a love story, a story of discovery, and of loss, that is simultaneously poignant, sad and curious. Be sure to drop me a line after you read it!

Available in print here or ebook here.

Memoir

TRANSFORMATION: A Women Who Submit Anthology!
My piece, “Discord” is in this fabulous anthology, available here. Women Who Submit is an awesome supportive network seeking to empower women in the publication world. I love this organization!

The Whole Alphabet – An LQBTQ+ anthology, published by So Say We All (July 2021).
Now available, the newest anthology from my favorite story telling organization, The Whole Alphabet. My piece, Tiger, is one of the stories in this anthology.

Available in print here or for San Diego folks, at their performance events.

Tiger is the true story of when I was 17, and under the relentless pick up attempts by a carnie girl at the Del Mar Fair. And it’s about so much more.
